Hello, I’m Molly.

I will graduate in December with a master's degree from Purdue’s Learning Design and Technology program. My professional experience is a mosaic of management, staffing, teaching, and HR, among others. I lived and worked in Madrid, Spain for two years, so I am proficient in Spanish. I am also a member of the local Association for Talent Development ATD-CIC.
I love to learn, and I love to teach other people what I know. I have interviewed hundreds of employees and am passionate about helping people find fulfilling careers.
